Our wedding at Aristide | Colleyville was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we laid eyes on the venue, we were blown away by its beauty. The chapel and ballroom, adorned with magnificent chandeliers, provided the perfect setting for our ceremony and reception, and the charming European-style courtyard was a stunning backdrop for photos and a delightful cocktail hour.What truly made our wedding extraordinary was the exceptional venue team. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our special day was perfect. They offered a comprehensive range of services, from planning and catering to the bar, DJ, and day-of-coordinator, making the entire process incredibly smooth.Our wedding planner, Payton, was an absolute rock star! She was not only responsive but also incredibly professional and helpful. Her guidance during the planning process and her on-site meeting to go over the final details made everything so much less stressful.Nicolle, our day-of-coordinator, was an absolute lifesaver. She was there for our rehearsal the night before and bright and early on the wedding day. Nicolle consistently checked in on me throughout the day and took care of countless small details, ensuring I didn't have to worry about a thing. She was not only sweet but also incredibly flexible when we had to make some last-minute timeline adjustments.Miranda, our DJ, was fantastic at her job. She provided us with an app to customize our ceremony and reception music, and she executed it flawlessly. Her flexibility came in handy when we had a few unexpected changes on the day.In summary, the Aristide team was absolutely phenomenal. Their professionalism and commitment to making our day perfect exceeded our expectations. Our wedding was even better than we had ever imagined, thanks to their hard work and dedication. This vendor should not be allowed to promote itself on theknot.comIt was a beautiful venue run by slaves to a malfunctioning money hungry corporation. Moreover, over half of their package vendors sell overpriced half-assed quality services. To be more specific -- You are forced to pick packages and be stuck with their vendors if you can't afford outside vendors- Food tasting is $500 for 2 entrees if you can't make it to enough food tasting events which are sometimes >1 hr away and only happen once a month or every other month- You cannot find out who your DJ is until 60 days before the wedding date- They promise a coordinator. But the coordinator that gave us the tour is different from our point of contact leading to the event. This was also different from our day of coordinator who had to leave the venue before the event was finished- They only give $200 back per vendor that we don't use (imagine only getting $200 back from $40k wedding when you don't want to use their Dj!)- Their coordinators cannot help setting up any items at the venue or perform any of the normal coordinator duties.- They are very limited to a lot of options that they offer, despite them being \"an all-inclusive\" venue.- Outside of the many requests we have been declined to have throughout the process, the things that we were promised wasn't even delivered. - When we requested to have leftover plates to go, we were initially told that they use leftover plates to feed staff working at the venue. After going back and forth, we were promised on paper to receive to-go plates for our guests that were no-shows. But, that did not happen. We were promised on paper that we would receive a specific luxury exit vehicle at a specific time and both of those did not happen.- Our guests, enjoyed our late hour snack from whattaburger more than they enjoyed the food cooked by the venue. - In conclusion, throughout the entire planning process, it was such a headache to deal with any of their vendors. We had to outsource our main vendors (DJ, photographer, Decor) to create the day we envisioned, and often times it was simply so we don't have to deal with the venue vendors. To not to provide decent service on the day of the wedding itself is not okay given how much money is spent on those events. I would not recommend this corporation to anyone.

We got married on 12/2/23 and it was the most magical day! Melanie was our planner and Nicolle was our day of coordinator. I cannot say enough amazing things about Melanie! She eased all my worries and answered all the questions I had. She even came to the wedding to ensure that everything went smoothly. She made the wedding planning process seamless and stress free! Nicolle was also amazing! She made sure the day ran on time and made sure that we were taken care of throughout the day. I cannot thank WWE enough for our day!

We got married on 12/2/23 and it was the most magical day! Melanie was our planner and Nicolle was our day of coordinator. I cannot say enough amazing things about Melanie! I am a seasoned Wedding Planner and owner of Morgan Events in DFW. My Bride Christina fell in love with this charming elegant venue in Colleyville. So much that she booked them the day we toured. I loved the ease of a one stop shop and being able to book the cake, DJ, photographer, limo, invitations and caterer the same day truly makes for a smooth planning process. All the vendors were awesome. When helping a Bride plan her big day I find the staff your working with is just as important and any other amenity. If I could give Melanie 100 stars I would. She took such good care of my couple. I never had to wait for a response she responds so quickly it made my job so much easier. As you can imagine I am very detailed being a planner and she never made me feel like I was a bother. I was blown away by her customer service and kindness. Our final planning meeting was so efficient it took any stress that my bride had away. I have detailed timelines and check lists and when the big day came those were executed perfectly by Malyn and Peyton as well. The entire experience of Aristide Colleyville was perfection. If you are looking for a venue in Colleyville or Northeast Tarrant county, stop you have found it. Overall, my experience with Aristide Colleyville was great. My wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to my day of coordinators May and Whitney. They went above and beyond to make sure me and my groom were taken care up, they even bustled my dress! The day of was such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this venue for your big day! I did give this venue 4 starts only because of the planning process beforehand. There were definitely some miscommunications with the planning coordinators (different from the day of coordinators), which led to confusion and stress on my end. Also, pricing was also an issue. We were told before signing the contract that there was one set overall total, but that is definitely not the case. So, if you book his venue, be prepared to spend more than what is quoted to you, especially if you want some extra time to get ready or you want to extend the party. Also, the vendor credits are helpful, but there are hidden costs within that too for you to keep in mind.

The Aristide in Colleyville is absolutely breathtaking. It checked all my boxes for a beautiful ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception! The packages were a life savor and I loved all the vendors as well. Melanie was my go to for serval months leading up to my big day and was wonderful every step of the way. She was always kind and replied quickly to every single question I had the entire time. I am grateful for her! The chef was open minded and thoughtful when I asked for a small change. The chef exceeded my expectations on what I had asked for! I was very happy with all the foods portions, quality, presentation and taste. Lastly Tatiana, was simply amazing. From weeks leading up, she made every single one of my dreams come true on my special day. She was my right and left hand on my wedding day. She made me feel as if she truly cared for every little detail in my wedding as much as I did to make me the happiest I could be. She is amazing at what she does. I am so blessed to have had her on my most special day to make it that much more perfect. I had the most amazing night of my life and it was all thanks to having her right by side the entire time. Everything ran smoothly and I was never worried or upset because she handled everything. The airside staff is truly the best and that is what should be the most important part of a gorgeous venue. We were so happy to have the wedding and reception at the same location and I canât say enough about Melanie, Tatiana and Mylan. Melanie worked closely with us throughout the planning process and answered all of our questions promptly! As we neared the big day she walked us through the timeline of events as well. The day prior to the wedding Mylan answered all of our questions during the rehearsal and both Tatiana and Mylan were exceptional in tending to anything and everything we needed, both in the bride and groom suites to even helping with some pew decor! The food and servers were wonderful. They even helped the grandmother of the bride with her dinner plate. Lizzie Beeâs flower arrangements were gorgeous, the cake and desserts were delicious and and the DJ was so fun and played exactly what my daughter had requested. The bar servers were polite and courteous to our guests. I couldnât be happier with this beautiful venue and people who all played a part in making my daughters day so very special-thank you!

My daughterâs wedding at this venue was all that we could have hoped for and more! We were so happy to have the wedding and reception at the same location and I canât say enough about Melanie, Tatiana and Mylan. Melanie worked closely with us throughout the planning process and answered all of our questions promptly! As we neared the big day she walked us through the timeline of events as well. Wow! What a beautiful experience! My daughter loved the beauty of Aristide and my husband and I still had her shop around. But we knew this would be the place. We signed the contract. We were married 4th of July weekend. Although, we made the best of our day despite everything, we are disappointed in some of the details and the lack of accountability & integrity. In short, we loved the Aristide Colleyville venue. However, if we had to do it again, we would likely go with the Montclair Wedding Venue in Colleyville in hopes of a better overall experience. If not, keep the venue & choose our own florist & take our cake, despite encouragement to let the venue store it overnight. The food, DJ, photo booth & exit vehicle service were all great!The major issue we continue to have, is related to the florist Lizzie Bees. There was a lack of committent to what was discussed & documented in our proposal and what was delivered on our wedding day. I spent an hour of the time that should have been dedicated to getting ready & enjoying time with the ladies in my bridal party, going back & forth finding emails & information to give to Tatiana to show what was included in our proposal versus what the staff was providing, including moon gate dĂ©cor and florals to place in the tall vases we discussed providing. We also did not receive the groomâs boutonniere or any teal florals or accents as discussed. 2 weeks later Lizzie reached out requesting a phone call with the preface that our day was over & all she had was an apology. She denied the agreement for our moon gate or tall vases despite the statements in the proposal that stated we must make sure the moon gate is stable & able to support the weight of the florals & that we would provide the tall vases. There were several details on the proposal that were not updated after the original proposal, including the number of vases being provided and the option not available listed. Emails showing proof were provided. If you use this vendor, make sure everything is properly noted to the last detail. The phone call with Lizzie was a month ago & we are told that Walterâs Wedding is waiting for a response from the florist on what can be done.In addition, we only got to taste one bite of our wedding cake during the cake cutting. We were informed cake would be brought over to the table during speeches, it was not. We didnât think it was a big issue as we knew there would be cake remaining and we could just enjoy it the next day. Upon calling the next morning we were informed our cake was left & the air conditioner was off resulting in the cake having to be thrown out. There was no immediate solution. Upon returning from our honwymoon we reached out about our concerns. The baker, Jenny Layne immediately offered to make us a new bottom layer to our wedding cake. We were grateful for her offer, but hesitant as we are from the Austin area & had to take the drive & pay the crazy gas prices to get the cake. However, because Jenny was so great and delivered amazingly on our cake designs, we agreed. Unfortunately, upon getting to the venue & opening the cake a hair was found on top of the cake. Jenny did offer another cake, but we did not want to drive back again. $100 is what was given & seems to have fallen on the baker. Lose, lose in our opinion, as the cake not being stored was not her fault and $100 is minimal to the cost charged, especially considering the custom design we paid extra for.We made a large investment in this company & the vendors expecting a certain level of execution and service. Unfortunately, we donât feel like they were as invested in us & our experience.

Told they have it then told they donât. - Asked for traditional Pakistani food and served a different menu. - Asked for a certain getaway car and was provided for something else. - In multiple emails and in person meetings, told I was receiving a refund via check and now being told Iâm not from my deposit. This company will continue to say everything is going well and moving along, yet it is all lies. We are seeking legal action against them. Not worth it!

Overall, I loved my experience booking this venue. It is beautiful and they really think of everything. They communicated very well via emails anytime I had a billion questions. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. In transparency I would recommend that they add more clothing hooks in the suite, when you have a big party, and you are trying to steam your dresses and you donât have but two hooks. Definitely a challenge. Also the floor was dirty, the train of my dress was dirty before I made it to the alter. Other then that everything else was good!

I just got married at the Aristide Colleyville this month and had the most unbelievable experience with this vendor! The location was perfect, the aesthetic was dreamy, and the team was wonderful. They worked with me to make it the best day ever, and I would highly recommend to anyone!

When it was my time I didnât search any other venue because the venue was beautiful, modern and it didnât need much to make it you dream wedding. The staff was very responsive to all of our concerns. A big thanks to Chelsea towards the beginning half and Melanie towards the end. They always responded within 24 hrs. Valerie was amazing the day of rehearsal and the day of the wedding. This was the second venue I toured a year ago when I started planning my wedding and I quickly got chills and and got overwhelmed with emotion. I knew this was going to be the venue I celebrated my wedding in. The staff was amazing, the food was above and beyond. All my guests complimented me on my wedding and how crisp/clean everything looked. The venue was always so informative during the crucial months of not knowing if I was going to be able to have a wedding or if I was going to have to cut capacity of my event. Hands down the best venue, management and staff!

First, let me say, having my wedding at the Artistide | Colleyville was one of the best decisions I've made for our wedding day (the best decision was marrying my husband :)). The venue was absolutely beautiful and required very little decorations (which helped me budget properly). Secondly, the staff at the Artistide, especially Debbie, were wonderful to work with and helped me make sure I had everything finalized prior to my wedding day so that my stress was reduced so I could enjoy our day. I am grateful for all that Debbie did to help me make our day amazing. Finally, the food was AMAZING! Everyone raved about how tasty everything was and how the presentation was so elegant.I would highly recommend the Artistide | Colleyville for anyone's wedding. We booked this venue back when it was called the Piazza. It was privately owned by a family who strove to make this venue the best of the best and yes they lived up to that! The Aristide has mostly preserved the piazza as it was. The venue is gorgeous and made our wedding incredible! The place is so well run and organized. Sheila was our day of coordinator, and I cannot find enough good things to say about her!! After planning for so long, I wanted this day to be perfect and she made it happen. I would go to make changes to improve or go give someone instructions and she had already done it. She is so on top of things and organized and knows what she is doing! She is insightful and helped my wedding run so perfectly! This venue is a little pricey but you save money in the long run by not having to have so many decorations due to the natural beauty and many of the small things you usually have to buy are included in the price! This place made for an unbelievable wedding!!

Terrie was easy to work with and kept things flowing where I didn't even worry about a thing on our big day. We used the main ballroom, which really helped older guests or if the weather had been bad (which it was not). It allowed guests to flow from the church to the reception hassle free while we did our wedding pictures! Thank you Aristide Colleyville! :)

This was an amazing venue, absolutely stunning! Sheila was PERFECT! She was our onsite coordinator and she really made sure the day went smoothly. The venue takes care of everything! Even the food! The Herb Crusted Chicken with mash potatoes was delicious! Multiple guests commented on how good it tasted. This venue is a great all in one place. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not five is because it is so expensive. For the same exact wedding, from Day vs Night was a 20,000 difference. So I highly suggest saving the 20 grand doing it in the morning. It's early but the way the light filters into the chapel is stunning. Overall I absolutely loved this venue and the few negatives are worth all the positives.

The guests at our table even mentioned they were surprised our table was so far back from the action. I would recommend putting the parents close to the dance floor. I thought asking the wedding coordinator was a good idea since she does weddings -- it was not.

We had the most amazing experience with the Piazza. Aside from the beautiful facility the staff was over the top. Debbie L. Was our day of coordinator and handled every detail, I never imagined Iâd have to do ZERO on my big day. She facilitated everything so gracefully, even my guests commented on how awesome she and the facility were. Our wedding day flow was perfect and I would choose Piazza without a doubt!

I consider myself to be a bit âpickyâ when it comes to quality service. I think this is because I expect the same level of service I provide to the customers I deal with. This often leaves me disappointed in the service I receive in many different situations. When I do experience exceptional service, it truly means a lot to me and leaves a lasting impact. I recently experienced this kind of service experience in choosing the perfect venue for my upcoming wedding/reception. Planning a wedding can be daunting, and at times stressful. It is not only ridiculously expensive, but you also must be careful with which vendors you are trusting to be a part of your big day. Finding the perfect venue to match your style, guest count, location, and just overall experience sounds almost impossible. Luckily, my fiancĂ© and I were able to do just that! We scheduled a tour at Piazza in the Village because we just loved the look of it. We met with a charming and helpful woman named Lorna who greeted us with genuine excitement and congratulations. She was very knowledgeable of the venue and had answers for any and all questions we had. Our overall experience during the tour was great! We got all the warm and fuzzy feelings and left knowing that this venue was the one!As if Lorna didnât already wow us, it wasnât until after we left that she truly made an even bigger impact on the experience. She was quick to respond to emails and went above and beyond for us to ensure that Piazza in the Village worked for us and our day. We are very grateful for our experience with Piazza thus far and cant wait for our wedding day! We highly recommend Piazza in the Village!

Piazza in the village was a dream wedding venue! I highly recommend. Our coordinator Debbie made everything run so smoothly! If something went wrong I certainly did not know about it. Piazza was the only modern looking venue that I could find in DFW. Everything else has a rustic vibe which can be beautiful but is definitely not my style. The guests that came to our wedding are still talking about how amazing the piazza was. Their chef is top of the line! The wedding food tasted like a gourmet meal and Iâm not exaggerating. Piazza is everything you need wrapped into one package. You can easily plan a wedding here without hiring a wedding planner. They will take care of you!

We were blown away with how beautiful our wedding venue was! The Piazza has every option you can think of - not to mention itâs all inclusive. Meaning no need to try and find all the little items ; the Piazza organizes everything for you. The venue looks absolutely stunning in photos. We had Debbie as our wedding coordinator and cannot say enough about her! She was quick to respond, helpful, fun & energetic and ensured everyone was where they needed to be. However, the Piazza did have us on a tight schedule with our wedding being done by 1100pm - there wasnât a whole bunch of time to dance after all toasts, cake cutting etc. was done. The food and drinks were great & you can set up the venue however you like. 10/10 recommend the Piazza in the Village! We are so happy with how our special day turned out .

The price does initially seem steep, but when you think of all the things included in the cost is saves a ton of money. You don't need to worry about table rentals, linens, silver ware, videographer, lighting, and they even include some decorations! You also don't need to worry about finding a catering company because they do all food in house. If you go to the open houses you can try a lot of the delicious things they have to offer. They are also sooo accommodating and they always email back within 24 hours at least, but they usually email back within like 2 hours. I absolutely can not wait to get married here!

Piazza In the Village in Colleyville Tx: During my search for wedding venues, I found the Piazza â In the Village and what I really liked about this place was that it has a chapel and choice of ballrooms, so we made an appointment. Piazza was the first place we viewed and when we went on a tour through the chapel, Lorna told us, the doors to the chapel will be closed before the ceremony and the bride would stand behind it, then the doors will open when the bride is ready. The moment she opened the doors, I felt emotional and thought âthis is the placeâ! My fiancĂ© and I looked at each other and he saidâŠâWhat?â I told him, âyou donât understandâ! We looked at few other places with chapels and ballrooms but that emotional feeling just was not there. So, that led us back to the Piazza, we selected our wedding date and the process began. We are very happy we had our wedding here. Everything was flawless and beautiful! From the contract discussions to the steps that lead to our wedding, there were no issues and the team was fantastic to work with. Debbie, our wedding coordinator, was very knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. She was always there for us during the planning stages and was very good about answering our questions along the way. The food, oh the food, was awesome and our guests loved the appetizers, reception, dinner and overall service. Overall, my husband, myself and all of our guests had a great time and I recommend Piazza to future brides.

The best wedding and reception venue ever! The chapel and grand ballroom are magnificent! There is ample parking and everything is in one place so guests can just come and enjoy the wedding and reception without having to travel in between. My daughter was married there on 14 Oct 17 and everything was perfect. I always dreamed that my daughter would have her princess wedding marrying her prince charming, and this venue exceeded all my hopes and dreams. Their wedding and reception was truly a magical event and a dream come true! Debbie, Tammy and Heather were always available for questions and concerns we had prior to the event. Then on the actual day, Debbie was the Wedding Coordinator. From the rehearsal, to prepping the bride and groom room beforehand, then the ceremony, the cocktail hour and then finishing with the reception, Debbie made sure every detail was carried out. They treated us all like royalty! The food was delicious too!

I will start this off by saying Piazza in the Village Colleyville is the absolute BEST! I will start from the beginning which was December 17th, 2015 when I went in to tour the venue. I knew just from the reviews that I didnât need to look any further and this was my dream venue and I can definitely say I made the right decision. My mother and I went in December 2015 and was met with a smile from Lorna and she was absolutely wonderful and I booked my wedding date of 7-7-17 that same night. Anytime I had any questions or concerns Lorna was always there to answer them and I appreciate that. Right when I thought the service couldnât get any better I was introduced to my day of coordinator Terrie and she is truly the BEST and she is soooo sweet. She made sure that all the details were taking care of and that I had nothing to worry about the day of my wedding. I honestly canât say enough great things about Terrie I will definitely miss her and her kind spirit, if youâre lucky enough to have Terrie as your day of coordinator just know you will be in good hands every step of the way. Our wedding day was perfect and people are still talking about everything from the venue to the wonderful food a month later. I also wanted to say that although I did not meet her, the owner Heather was a delight to work with as well. Thank you Piazza for making 7-7-17 a day that we will never forget!!

I fell in love with this venue the second I saw it! It is gorgeous!!! The only thing is our wedding coordinator was NOT great.... she was very rude and did not seem to have our wedding in her best interest. The piazza has so many rules, which you have to just accept because the venue is so perfect. I felt uneasy in all our planning sessions, but at least our wedding was beautiful.

CHOOSE THE PIAZZA! This was the first venue we visited and it was love at first sight. Not only is it breathtakingly beautiful, I would consider it to be all inclusive as well. They think of everything to make sure as a bride and groom you enjoy each and every moment of your special day instead of being worried with vendors and others. I just married here on 1/14/2017 and it was the greatest experience ever with McKenzie (on site Coordinator provided by the Piazza) by my side to keep things rolling smoothly. The staff is extremely nice, professional, and understanding. They keep you in the loop from beginning to end to ensure your day is exactly what you dreamed. The food is amazing! Everyone in attendance loved everything, even those who wouldn't normally compliment, did and did it with sincerity. I am so glad we chose Pizza In The Village!! It is truely the best.

I cannot recommend getting married at this venue enough. My wedding was effortless and such a blast this New Year's Eve! My coordinator was Abbey McConal and she was so prepared, organized, fun, and made my wedding unforgettable- you have to request her! I am so thankful for all of the work she did to get everything perfectly arranged for the big party and for how comfortable she made me feel on a day that can be chaotic and stressful- I had a blast and so did my guests! Amazing venue.

After getting engaged, we went to a couple of places where I was flabbergasted by the prices, the rules, and the snooty people. We went to the Piazza in the Village and met with Lorna in January. Price wise the Piazza is reasonable when compared to other wedding venues for what you get in the packages and a venue coordinator. Is it pricey? Not really when you think about all you get and compare it to other places in the metroplex. Before being assigned a coordinator, I emailed Lorna with questions and concerns throughout and she was incredibly helpful and responsive. Mrs. Debbie Lovera was assigned to be my venue coordinator. Mrs. Debbie was amazing, wonderful, reassuring, and calm throughout my planning process. She was so kind to meet with me in person when I was trying to plan things and she sent me questions she had. Fast forward to the rehearsal. We had one hour and there were probably 50 people there. Luckily, everyone arrived on time and the rehearsal went off without a hitch. I sent my music choices to Mrs. Debbie, confirmed at the rehearsal, and the music was great. Mrs. Debbie organized everyone and gave instructions in a polite yet matter-of-fact manner. If you can't tell, I am so grateful for all of her help. The big day finally arrived and I literally didn't have to worry about a thing! We arrived and everything was set-up, we handed Mrs. Debbie the little knick knacks we had and she arranged everything. She made sure all the flowers were pinned and bridesmaids were holding them right. The entire ceremony went off without a hitch! The hardest questions I had to answer were what do I want to drink and do I want to cut the cake. Overall, I am incredibly grateful for everything that went in to making our wedding day the absolute best day ever. I am convinced that you will not find a better venue that cares about how important this one day is and includes a lot of amenities. Thank you Mrs. Debbie and Piazza in the Village!

MacKenzie our coordinator made sure to answer every email, phone call and text during our planning until every detail was completed. Wow. Who does that anymore? On the day of the wedding we were also assigned Tammy as our bridal captain, and she was everywhere we needed her all at one time! She popped up every time we had a question or need. The bar and wait staff took care of everyone of our 194 guests with cocktails and appetizers and the food severed during dinner was delicious and very gratefully received. Thank you so much to the staff for making the night and our exceptions fulfilled to a tee! MacKenzie & Tammy are the best!

We knew from the moment we saw this venue that it was the place we wanted to host our big day! Saying that everything was absolutely perfect is a complete understatement. McKenzie W was our coordinator, and I couldn't have been happier with everything that she did for us! Anything and everything that we asked for was made possible because of her. She went completely above and beyond anything we could have expected. The whole night went so smoothly and seamlessly thanks to her and our Bridal Captain, Tammy. If you are looking for a venue that is glamorous, timeless, elegant, accommodating, and has amazing food, this is the place to be. We are so happy with our whole process with the Piazza in the Village, and thank everyone that was involved times a million!!!!

The sweet Lorna was there for us on the sales side with all my questions and the wonderful Laura was our wedding coordinator. Laura was incredible! She was quick to respond to all my questions and changes and truly went above and beyond to insure my day went flawlessly! Laura always made me feel like I was her number one priority the entire planning process. Everyone at the Piazza was lovely to work with and I can't recommend them enough. You will be well taken care of here, it really is worth every penny!
